		<description>Hi, I am trying to get hold of the John Hanscom who posted a photograph on Flickr of the worshippers at Taza Pir in Baku - is that you? If so, please may I have your permission to use this image in my PhD thesis? It&#039;s not getting published for money or anything like that - it will ultimately be bound and kept in my university library. Many thanks in anticipation of your help!
